Terms of Service
Accounts
New accounts start as pending. A DAHOOD admin reviews and approves each member before ordering is unlocked. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders and drops
Pieces are produced in limited runs and are not restocked. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm once payment is verified and stock is reserved. Prices are in Nigerian naira and can change between drops.
Delivery, returns and exchanges
Delivery times are estimates. Faulty or incorrect items can be reported within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Worn or washed items cannot be returned.
Conduct
Reselling access, abusing the store, or attempting to break our systems ends your access immediately.
